Manohar Kumar is a dynamic and results-driven Consultant specializing in SAP Fieldglass and Ariba modules, with nearly 4 years of hands-on experience in global rollouts, implementations, and support. Currently based in Bengaluru, India, Manohar joined EY in September 2024 and has since been a key contributor to technology consulting projects across industries. With a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Manohar has built a strong foundation in enterprise technology solutions. He has served as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP Fieldglass—Vendor Management System (VMS)—across multiple clients in the Oil & Gas and Retail sectors. His expertise spans configuration, enhancement requests, and global administration of Fieldglass modules including Contingent Workforce (CW), Project Worker (PW), and Statement of Work (SOW). Manohar has successfully delivered two end-to-end implementations and rollouts, following the SAP Activate methodology. His experience includes requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare support. He has also played a pivotal role in automating data interfaces between SAP Fieldglass and other systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Ariba using SFTP and web services. In addition to his SAP expertise, Manohar is skilled in Python, Tosca Automation, Azure DevOps, and has a strong command over documentation and functional specifications. He has actively participated in E2E testing (SIT, UAT), training testing teams, and resolving technical and functional issues through cross-functional collaboration.
